We assign the labels "Turkish" and "Greek" by actual usage, not by etymology. So, Eleni is the Modern Greek form of Helena, but Aylin is Turkish with debatable etymology. Aylin can also be of anglo-celtic origin, as a variant of Eileen used in Germany, finally also going back to Helena but the usage is German in this case.

I agree, because I have the same name as you, but then I search it up and everywhere it says that it’s a turkish name, but my name is actually greek.

It's a Turkish name.Greek feminine names don't end in -n. I have never encountered a single Greek feminine name that ended in n. They end in -a or -i and rarely in -o or -ou.You can ask any Greek person in the world, it's not a Greek name.

Nope, sorry. It's not Greek, not at all. This is about the only site you can trust, so you can trust that your name is Turkish.

Which part of Aylin means goddess and which other means "lite" or "briteness"? Sorry, but I think you found this meaning in a (nasty) baby book or something...
