I far prefer the spelling Belle, because Bell just reminds me of the word. It's a name in its own right and you don't need a longer form in my opinion, but I suggest Bellamy for a girl, nn Belle.

(It might be a region difference, but I thought that the word "Cyan" was stressed on the second syllable anyway, whether you spell it Cyanne or not.)
