My first instinct would be to prn. it tah-MAR, bc. TAY-mar sounds forced to me.
I don't exactly like the sound of this name, but Its a very nice name, based on it's meaning.

Tamar Juliet
Tamar Ysabel (for some reason, the Y looks very pleasing to me in this combo)
