No, I pronounce them quite differently -- Branwen with an "a" sound like in "cat"; Bronwen with an "aw" sound like in "cot".

I really like both names, but slightly prefer Branwen for sound. (I also prefer Branwen's meaning, though that isn't a big deciding factor for me.)
