WDYT of Dacre.
Used mainly as a middle name. It's pronounced DAY-ker.

The pronunciation DAY-ker has its charm to me, but Dacre is a very non-intuitive spelling for me.
Charles Dacre Frederick sounds good to me though.

I like the sound a lot (although I I didn't know how to pronounce it till I read your post, lol).
Because maiden-names as middle names are so popular where I live, it bothers me when surnames with no family link (e.g. Ashley, Ryan, whatever) are given as middle names. But because it's a family surname, I love it in your case as a middle name.
Sorry, but I find both Charles and Frederick to be stuffy and quite dull. Dacre Charles or Dacre Frederick would be much nicer.

Knew there was something:
It's my grandma's maiden name. It's also quite a rare surname with links to the nobility. In our family there're not many to carry it on as a surname (2 I think)
