I didn't read the full New York Times article (don't have an account, and am too lazy to register at the moment), but The Daily Truth's article writers are the true "twerps" for calling the following perfectly lovely names among "the worst celebrity baby names":
Aurelius
Casper
Elijah Bob Patricius Guggi Q (well, not Guggi Q, but the first three names are perfectly OK, albeit weird together--and the kid's probably called Elijah anyway)
Daisy (I'll give them Boo though...)
Finn (nms, but alright)
Rocco
Tallulah Belle

But Daisy Boo's parents refer to her as Daisy Boo at all times- it's not a fn/mn combo, but a double name that's not actually hyphenated.
(Assumming it's Daisy Boo Oliver, and there's not another celebrity baby out there who shares such a ridiculous name!)

Ick, I didn't know Daisy Boo was referred to by both names. :-( I still maintain that Daisy's a sweet, pretty name, and hopefully she'll drop the cutesy, toddlerish Boo when she's older.

Is her sister Poppy Honey referred to by both names too?

I think so.
Apparently, the Boo part is a nn her father has for her mother, so they decided to use it for their baby, too.

Rocco Ritchie, I have to agree that it is not a good name, only because Rocco Ritchie sounds goofy together. Like Richie Rich or something.

Rocco Ritchie doesn't sound so bad to me by itself, as I don't mind alliteration. But you're right, now that I think about it is Richie Rich-like. I can't believe I missed that the first time around. :-/
