Dear Mom and Dad,
We hope this letter finds you well. Everyone here is doing great, though I do miss having little ones at home. My babies are all grown up, and only Jasmine and Sara are left in high school. How time does fly!
Speaking of time flying by, your little great-granddaughter, Addisyn, is now four years old and going to be a big sister! Jacob and Ella originally wanted to be surprised when the baby was born, but neither could wait, so they asked to be told, and the news is that Addie is going to have a baby sister. That's right...another little princess will soon be joining the family :-) And they already have her named picked out...Olivia Rachel, and she'll be called Livvy. Jacob's not at all disappointed. Addisyn is such a Daddy's girl and has him very much wrapped around her little finger, though she is a very well-behaved little girl with a wonderful disposition. She's very sweet, loves to give hugs, and is was so excited to learn that the new baby would be a girl.
And our second bit of major news has to do with the other envelope that is included with this letter. It's an invitation to John's wedding! Our eldest is getting ready to say "I do" to the love of his life, Kaiya, and we couldn't be happier for the two of them. We really hope you're able to make it to the wedding.
Maggie, Ben, Luke, and Anna are now in college and enjoying school very much. Maggie is studying to be a teacher, Ben wants to be a lawyer, Luke wants to be a police officer, and Anna would like to be a pediatrician. They all have wonderful ambitions, and we support them 100%.
Jasmine and Sara are as close as ever now that they're the only two left in school. Jasmine's getting ready to graduate next year and is applying to colleges. Sara is very involved in choir and in theatre. They're both doing wonderfully...we all are :-)
Well, we hope to see the both of you for John's wedding. He very much wants for you to meet his bride-to-be, and of course, Addisyn can't wait to introduce you to her little sister. We love and miss you both very much!
