It reminds me of one of my old neighbors who had a dog named Mischa. It also makes me think of my friends mother who is kind of mean and crazy, her name is Mischa. But besides that it's an ok name. I think it works well as a boy or girl name. Personally though I care for Sasha more. All through elementary school I had at least 3 male Sasha's in my class. They had come to America after living in Russia and other near by countries. So I have always felt that Sasha was a very male name.

P.S. I like Mischa better than Misha. Misha just looks incomplete to me.
