I'm less of a fan of Sabrina--sometimes "br" sounds will bother me--than I am of Sabina. I prefer the German spelling (with about the same pronunciation) Sabine, because it gets away from the "Sabrina without an R" look. The Italian variant Savina is pretty cool, too, IMO. It's an interesting name that isn't way "out there" but could be a more interesting S alternative than Sarah, Sophia, or whatever else.
