I adore Maris and Celia. They're absolutely gorgeous together, too. They'd make a terrific sibset.
All your combos are very nice, but my favorites are Maris Lavinia, Maris Persephone; Celia Pandora and Celia Idony. Beautiful.
Some random suggestions I'm just throwing out:
Celia Rosamund
Celia Beatrice
Celia Lenore
Maris Viola
Maris Adelaide
And I'm otherwise drawing a blank. Sorry I couldn't come up with more.
