It depends on the name. I ADORE the name Olivia, but according to SSA, it's #4! However, I don't know any Olivias, so I might consider using it. Emily, Emma, and Isabella, however, I think are too overused to use now. Natalie is a lovely name. I would use it. I prefer Natalia, though.
