Well, in my school we are saying their first name. We scream at them in the corridor with "Hey, Danny, can you help me with this?" and so on. We NEVER call them "Mr.Anderson" or "Mrs.Smith"..
And beacause I have the intials theme I want the names to be in the real order and the those two teachers names are Johan Olof Petter and he goes by Petter, and Begnt Kenneth who goes by Kenneth and thats why their names are the way they are.
