I recently came across the name Avra. What do you think of it? Might be a nice alternative to the evermore-popular Ava.

I think it's rather harsh. I would love Abra (another feminine of Abraham) if it didn't spell "a bra".

I like it. It is much prettier than Ava in my opinion and its uncommon.

Don't like the meaning, but souds pretty. I prefer Ava in fact, but Ava is an extremly rare name where I live, so maybe I'd change my mind if it was a popular name.
