A Czech went to the Eye Specialist
The Eye Specialist presents him a board full of letters, which reads:
"C Z W X N Q Y S T A C Z"
and asks him: "Can you read this?"
"Read?" yells the Czech full of amazement, "I know this guy!!!"

Lets assume the fellow is part Spanish.

"Szczesny IQ tax crown" (Szczesny is rewarded for his ingenious discovey with a tax cut)...
...but enough, I think I'm once again scraping the bottom of teh anagramphora :)
