It's six years later, and even though you and your spouse thought that five kids was enough, you've decided -- in true celebrity fashion -- to adopt a child from an impoverished country. How did you come to this decision? What do your other kids think of their new brother or sister? How is he or she adapting to life in the spotlight? How is the media and paparazzi responding to your adoption?

NAMING RULES: I've randomly generated a name for your new child based on the country they are from. In this round, you can do one of several thing:
1. Keep the entire name the same.
2. Switch the names.
3. Keep one given name and give the child a new first or middle name. In this case, the new name must start with the same initial as the name you are replacing.
4. Rename the child entirely using names from his/her birth country.

Matty and I have decided to adopt a baby boy from Poland. He had been filming there and visited the orphanage and feel quickly in love with the little boy. He then brought me there to meet him and he was definitely a sweetheart. The kids also loved him and have welcomed him into our family. We took his middle name and changed it to his first name and found another Polish name for his middle name.

Although I was overwhelmed enough with five kids, Miles and I have brought another child into our brood. I am extremely happy with this decision. We have adopted Sorin Emilian from Romania, a loving, shy little boy.
I feel as though I am finally being the mother I dreamed of being. Don't get me wrong, I tried my hardest to be the best mom possible for Attie, Tenn, Holden, Vi, and Adelaide, but now I feel I am at the perfect age and career point to be a mother to Sorin. Every thing in general has just improved for me I guess. Miles and I have mended our rocky relationship. He is only touring sporatically, which has actually made people even more interested in his music and boosted sales. At the same time, this has allowed me to get back to modeling gradually. The kids have really matured as well. Although it is very hectic at times, having five kids ages 6-12 and one young child is a lot easier than five children under 6!!!
We had a great routine down, and don't get me wrong, Sorin through it for a loop. The kids all love him very much though, and he was immediately welcomed. We decided to adopt him after a family trip through Europe. After seeing how impovershed so many kids are, we felt that we should do something to help. I fell in love with Sorin.
There have been many celebrity adoptions lately, but ours was even bigger. Because our family was already so large, people thought we were done having kids... as did we. So, it was shocking to see us with a new young child. We were on the cover of People, and Sorin is still getting used to all of the attention and camera flashes.

We adopted Kyung-Soon Yong (Now Kaia-Serafina Yong) from South Korea. Kaia is adapting well and she speaks a little Korean and a little English. Tilly is excited that she has a little sister. Elijah and Damian are dissapointted that we didn't adopt a boy, but still love to play with Kaia. Tea and Lila think she is "The cutest little thing ever". Ambrose and I don't think that Kaia realizes that she is in the spotlight. Either that or she thinks it is normal.
