I just heard the name Ilsa for the first time because that's the actress's name in Wedding Crashers (with the red hair). I think her name is Ilsa Fisher. I really liked it!! I think it's pretty different, but I like it a lot. I like it the best out of the three names you have picked, even though Molly is my first name.

That's Isla, not Ilsa. Isla's prn. Eye-la (I think) whereas Ilsa would be Ill-sah. I love the name Isla but dislike Ilsa. I agree with the other poster, it just sounds strange because of the two consonants clumped together. I love Linnea. Its beautiful, that's my favourite of the three. Molly was just so overused here a few years back and I think it can be quite cute but I don't think its ever going to make the top 20 on my list.
