[Opinions] Allegra
I came across Allegria recently, and while I don't really like it, it got me thinking about Allegra. The allergy medicine association doesn't concern me; that's never my first association. Wdyt?Does Allegra Julia sound okay? I really like it, but comments and/or other suggestions would be helpful. Thanks in advance. :)

I love Allegra, it's so pretty, but unfortunately the allergy medicine association is too strong for me.
I think Allegra Julia sounds ok, but not really great. I would suggest Allegra Juliet, or even Allegra June or Allegra Joy.

Ooh, Allegra Juliet and Allegra June have got me thinking. Thanks!

You're welcome. I've been really liking June and Joy (short & sweet) for middle names only lately.

I'd never heard of the allergy medicine before coming on this board, so it doesn't bother me at all, I love Allegra! Pretty, but not cutesy, and with a lovely meaning. Not to keen on Allegra Julia though, the rhythm seems a bit off to me.
Just from your name list, how about:
Allegra Charlotte
Allegra Felicity
Allegra Harriet
Allegra Johanna
Allegra Lucia
Allegra Siobhan

Thanks! Allegra Harriet and Allegra Johanna are great. :)

Allegra Julia sounds a little weird because both end in the same sound.
Alegra reminds me of the font Allegro, which is a little messy.
I prefer Alegra over Alegria.
Alegra Juliet
Alegra Belle
Alegra Marie

I adore Allegra. It's a beautiful name that fits any personality. I like Allegra Julia, but would prefer Allegra Julianne or Allegra Julie.

I don't think that Allegra Julia has a good flow to it. But Allegra Juliet would go better.

If I really try hard not to think about the medicine, it's very pretty.Allegra Julia is bugging me because they both end in -a, maybe Allegra Julie?

I like Allegra. :)Allegra Julia is ok. I don't mind that they are both three syllable, end in -a and maybe not 'flow' as well as other combos. If you really like it then it does not really matter what others think. On that note, there's always Juliet(te), Julie, etc. But if you like Julia the best out of the variants. :D It's meaning doesn't inspire me so I'm not a fan of Julia and variants. ThoughI don't mind it on other people. So I suppose I'm a bit neutral. As Irish_Claire has already checked your names list so:
Allegra Kristen
Allegra Clementine
Allegra Constance
Allegra Genevieve
Allegra Leonie
Allegra Madeline
Allegra Diana
Allegra Helen, Allegra Elaine, Allegra Eleanor
Allegra Nadine
Allegra Bronwen
Allegra Kimberly
Allegra Jasmine
Allegra Hilary, Allegra Hillary

I don't like it because of the allergy medicine, sorry. I work in health care and hear about meds patients are taking all day long. Allegra is everywhere. I can't even imagine thinking of it as a name anymore. :(
