Sofia, Harper, and Noah are doing great. We put all three kids in counseling [I'm a psychiatrist but I thought it'd be akward for the kids] and they've been doing better. Harper has really opened up to me. She asked to be signed up for gymnastics so I recently enrolled her. Sofia wanted to do something to help kids that had also been abused, so I offered to let her intern with me at my office. With my patients' permission, she sits in the sessions and observes. Next week, two of my patients have volunteered to let her control their session, and she is both nervous and excited about this. Noah wanted to take part in sports, so Mason enrolled him in soccer and tennis. Mason is even going to coach his own baseball team (consisting of the boys in our family). All three children are joys to have around and everyone loves them....Oh, by the way, Shadowpretty (whom we renamed Shadow with Sofia, Noah, and Harper's permission) is doing well. She gets along great in our family and enjoys having lots of pet friends [not to mention being constantly played with by the kids].
