Ooh, nice.
Lily and Sophia NN Sophie are great names for twin girls. Lily Avalon is very beautiful (I so love Avalon as a name). Sophia Azalea compliments it very well.
Thomas Holden is very handsome. I love Thomas (as long as he's not Tom/Tommy). Holden's a name I like too (my favorite combo is Jasper Holden NN Perry.) However, I think that Lily Avalon would go better with Thomas Holden than Lily Annabelle does. They work much better together in my opinion.
William is a favorite name of mine (always NN Will or Liam, never Bill or Billy). John seems a bit too short-sounding though.
All in all, awesome names.
