I think Dillon is a very cute name, although it is a bit popular. To me, because I enjoy Celtic singer Cara Dillon I usually think of the spelling Dillon as a surname and much prefer the Dylan spelling because it looks more complete and Welsh to me.
Either way the name is really cute and I think that it's one of those names where some people with ask you how to spell it and some people will just assume it's spelled one way of another, and some people just won't care. I get that all the time with my name and it can be frustrating sometimes but really shouldn't be too much of a problem.
