Help[Opinions] Rowena vs. Nina
Because of the similar sound, it doesn't seem like it would be very logical to use both names in a sibset, KWIM?
So on to my question. If you had to choose, would you choose Rowena or Nina?

I think because I've known a few Nina's and no Rowena's, I'd rather see Rowena

Interesting. I thought didn't like Rowena because I find the "eee-nah" sound ugly. But I do like Nina. I never thought of it having that sound too.
Well, I don't know why, but I definitely think Nina is nicer than Rowena.

I like both, and even though I prefer Rowena I worry about the "ween" sound in the middle and possible teasing. :-/ Both are lovely, but I definitely wouldn't use them for sisters.

Rowena by along way. Nina sounds like a noise.

I prefer Nina. I really love its meaning and I think it sounds prettier, too.

I would pick Nina, but as a nn for something else. I knew an Annette who went by Nina, so that would be one possibility.

I would choose Rowena. For some reason I think Nina is a name for a pet. It also looks like a NN to me. Rowena is much better.
