My first impulse was Alec Bartholomew. Not really so Irish, I suppose.
Any kind of Mc- name would sound cool in between Alec and Hogan and match your other son's middle name, if you can find one that means something to you. ex. Alec Mckenzie Hogan, Alec McGinnis Hogan.

Alec Thomond (Thomond is an old Irish Kingdom)
Alec Dougal
Alec Seamus (Irish form of James)
Alec Finlay
