I've never really picked anything different for twins, I just use my top combos. But in the interest of trying something new, I'll try out a couple new combos with middle names to do but hopefully not overdo the twin thing.
B/G Emeric River, Monica Rio (the m and c sound then the river thing)

While I'm not big on theme-y twin names, I like how you did it kind of more subtley in most cases. :)
Luke Gabriel is nice, though Lucas Gabriel sounds better to my ears. I love Monica, but I prefer the spelling Monika. Charlotte Mercy is lovely.

I don't do anything different for twins, either. I actually really dislike themes, but I wanted more than just one boy name and one girl name, so I figured twins would be the easiest way to go.
