I love Italian girl names, since I love frilly names in general. Italian boy names don't really appeal to me as much.Girls:
Adelina -Eh, a bit cutesy for me. Pretty, though.
Annabella -Pretty, but a bit too frilly. I love Annabel!
Bianca -Don't like this one at all
Catarina -Like Katarina but this looks funny to me.
Eleonora -I love the name but prefer it spelled Eleanora.
Evelina -Eh
Flora -Hate it
Giada -Pretty sound but it's very trendy and the spelling is very non-intuitive.
Luisa -Can't stand, sorry
Maria -I hate this for no real reason, but it's been growing on me a little lately.
Natalia -Stunning!
Norina -Don't care for it at all
Regina -Can't stand, sorry
Seraphina -I really adore this!
Serena -Love
Sophia -LOVE!
Valentina -Only as a middle name
Veronica -See MariaBoys:
Alessandro -Nice
Angelo -Hate Angel names
Carlo -Looks incomplete, and I don't like Charles or any variants.
Carmine -Looks feminine
Emanuele -Nice
Francesco -Eh
Leonardo -Hate it but I LOVE Leo
Luca -LOVE this!

There are some great names here! I really like:
Flora Giada Luisa Maria Sophia Valentina
Angelo Carmine Niccolo Nicola Paolo Rocco RodolfoCurrently I'm on a huge Paola kick. It's so classy. I actually prefer the look of Paula and the pronunciation of Paola (the Spanish Paula does meet these criteria), but I don't think other people would pick up. I'm also a big fan of the Italian girl names ending in -ce (prn CHEH), i.e. Alice (ah-LEE-cheh), Beatrice (beh-ah-TREE-cheh), and Berenice (beh-reh-NEE-cheh), the last of which is a form of Veronica, which you have on your list.

Girls:
Adelina - I prefer Adele, but it's pretty.
Bianca - It was once on my personal name list, but I don't like it as much anymore.
Evelina - It's pretty. I also like Evelyn.
Natalia - I like this so much better than Natalie.
Seraphina - It sounds very princess-like and upper-class.
Valentina - I always liked this, I don't know why.
Veronica - I prefer Veronika "Nika".Boys: I'm pickier when it comes to this.
Luca - It has a nice sound, and it's short.
Matteo - It's better than Matthew.
Rocco - It's best as a nickname, but it's cool.
Vincente - I prefer Vincent.I like:
Alessandra & Alessa. (You put Alessandro but not Alessandra, and I prefer Alessandra!)
