I really like the name Viola (I love V names!), and have actually been toying with it lately. It goes in and out of my top two for girls names. I infinitely prefer it to Violet.

The mn that I was stuck on was Viola Simone. I also like Viola Corinne.

I really like it. I think Violet is great, too, but it's having a moment. Viola is perhaps even prettier and entirely underappreciated.

Viola's very pretty. I slightly prefer Violet, but because of its sudden jump in popularity, Viola may be the best way to go. ;)
