Last name: occupational surname of your choice
(Parents names may be whatever you choose)
D: FN must start w/ the same letter as your name, MN must be your middle name or a derivitive.
S: FN must be the first name of you SO, boyfriend, crush, MN must be a Bible name (or a name from your religion)
D: FN must be the first name of a sister/best girlfriend, MN is one of your great-grandmother's MN
S/S: Must have the same initials, and one MN must be the FN of your father/father-in-law/SO's father
