I have a coworker whose daughter just had twins and named them Teegan and Tessa. I never thought of Teegan as a boy's name but I think it is kind of cute especially with a nn of Teague.

I love the name for a girl, but I think it sounds way to feminine for a boy.

Tegan reminds me of the name Megan. I don't think Tegan sounds good on a boy or girl.

Sorry, I have to go against the crowd on this one. I always think of it as a girls name. Teague/Tygh I consider a boys' name, though.

I actually like Tegan much more for a boy then a girl. I would support this entirely because the name seems masculine to me.
