2. I like Will best I think. William second. I don't like other William nicknames.
3. William Oliver, although both are nice.
4. Goes very well with those.
5. I have never liked William very much, but it's good when other people have kids named William. It's a very strong, handsome, old-fashioned name, but it's dreadfully boring to me. But yeah, go for it.
BTW, I hope Willam was a typo for William? :)
