[Opinions] WDYTO Martin?
What do you think of Martin with nn Marty? What sibling/middle names go with it? TIAThey will see us waving from such great heights,
'come down now,' they'll say
But everything looks perfect from far away,
'come down now,' but we'll stay...

I think Martin is a great classic nameAnd the sibling names to go with it would be other classic names, like Nicholas, William, Philip, Peter etc.

I really like Martin. It used to be a name I hated, but it's grown on me a lot. However, I despise the nickname Marty. For siblings, I think Peter, Henry, and Andrew go well.

Martin Henry or Martin Arthur work. :) Sibs Michael Edward and George perhaps? Okay, I'm biased. That's my grandpa, dad, and uncles. Anyway, I don't love Martin, mainly because on the rare occasions when I say it, it sounds like Mart-NNN or Mar-TUN as opposed to Mar-TIN. Doesn't flow very well for me. But infinitely better than a lot of ones I've heard, so go for it!-Neo

I don't care for Martin too much, but I think Marty is a very cute nn.
My first bf when I was a kid was named Marty, so I have very good feelings for the name :)

Martin is such a positive name, with so many wonderful associations! We would have used it for our son but it was already taken in the family. I wouldn't use a nickname with it at all as Marty waters down the positivity and strength.

I'm slowly warming up to Martin, but it had not totally won me over yet. As for a middle name, I suggest Martin George. As for sibling names, any names would work, as long as they don't form a theme.
