I love Sebastian especially with the nn Seb, but I would hate Sabastian, and I'm sort of having trouble saying it too.

I think Sabastian would be consistently spelled wrong.. I'd go with the traditional spelling.

Like Sebastian, Sabastian looks like a mangling, plus the poor kid would spend his life correcting his name any time it had to be written down.

I don't like the name but if you use it, I'd use the spelling Sebastian. The other one just looks wrong.

Sebastian! Sabastian just looks like it's misspelt. I really hope you wouldn't spell it Sabastian. But I do like the name Sebastian. It's classy and masculine imo and Bastian as a NN is really cute.
