LN: a combination of a common last name and your mother's maiden name
DH: FN in the top 100 for 2003, MN must be French
DW: FN in top 300 for 1910, MN1 is Italian, MN2 is your choice
DS: FN starts with an A, MN is a word name
DS: FN is biblical, MN in the top 50 Sweden names for 2000
DD: FN is a word name, MN is an uncommon virtue name
DD/DS/DS: FNs start with G, MNs are word names
