They seem rather too close to use together. I've never been struck be Isabella, though I adore nn Bella. Elizabeth is classic and lovely; you can't go wrong with it. And it will go with so many other names.
Elizabeth Sarai
Elizabeth Faith (maybe my fave, simple though it is)
Elizabeth Maria
Elizabeth Victoria
Elizabeth Rhiannon
Elizabeth Joy
Elizabeth Hope
Elizabeth Lorraine
Elizabeth Judith
Elizabeth Stella
Elizabeth Viola
Elizabeth Frances
Elizabeth Margaret (Ellie-Mae?)
Elizabeth Sonora
Elizabeth Rachel
Elizabeth Naomi
Elizabeth Maeve
Elizabeth Celeste
Elizabeth Cecily
Elizabeth Norah
Elizabeth Hannah
Elizabeth Susannah
Elizabeth Noelle
Elizabeth Ruth
Elizabeth Damaris
Elizabeth Delaney
Elizabeth Laine
Elizabeth Lilac
Elizabeth Liberty
Elizabeth Sylvia
Elizabeth Blair
Elizabeth Corrine
Elizabeth Avigail
Elizabeth Hester
Elizabeth Cordelia
Elizabeth Violet
Elizabeth Azalea
Elizabeth Camellia
Elizabeth June
Elizabeth Bronwen
Elizabeth Truth
etc., etc.
