Well as they stand, I don't like any, sorry! All I want to do is change them around a little. I'd prefer Lily Seraphina and Esme Beatrix.

I like Ophelia Lily and Esme Beatrix best.

Both are very beautiful, but I prefer the latter (Leona Saoirse and Seraphina Nyx). Seraphina Nyx is especially stunning. I'd like the former twinset better if Esme was spelled Esmée (or at least Esmé, though I'd still find it too masculine), but that's just me.

None. But if I can mix and match, I like:
Esme Lily and Seraphina Leona.

Ophelia Lily & Esme Beatrix. I'm not a huge fan of all the l's in Lily so I'd recommend Ophelia Nyx & Beatrix Esme. (I think this flows better.)

I don't like either set together, but I think Esme Beatrix & Seraphina Nyx is a lovely combo.

My Sophia's whole name is Sophia Ophelia Seraphina; and Nyx is one of my all time favorites. =D

Definitely Ophelia Lily and Esme Beatrix , because I like all four names there but I don't like any of the names in the other set.
I would shift them though, I like sibling names to be equal. To me Ophelia and Beatrix works as equals, and so do Lily and Esme. I think Lily and Esme are perfect together.
So if it was:
Lily Ophelia and Esme Beatrix or
Lily Beatrix and Esme Ophelia or
Ophelia Lily and Beatrix Esme or
Ophelia Esme and Beatrix Lily

I don't like either twin set because I don't like Esme or Leona Saoirse. So if I could mix and match I would choose Ophelia Beatrix (Lily seems like too many L's with o-feeL-yah) and Seraphina Nyx.

But now that I think about it Seraphina Nyx and Ophelia Lily would be a good twin set. They're are balanced because they both have a repeated consonant sound in the middle name.
