Bianca means "white" in Italian (and so does Blanche in French), so according to your criteria it's also "literal" and a word. These names might be words or colours and have evident meanings but they'well-established, classical names (like some flowers , gems or virtues), so they don't fall in the same category as new made-up word names like Tuesday or Pilot.
