I live in a region where the popularity of the name Anna is sky high and whenever I turn around and respond to my name (Anna) people are
talking to someone else.

So I was wondering do you like the nn Annie?

Do you think it can fit on a sixteen year-old without being too cutesy?

And do you think I should go by Annie instead of Anna?

I like Annie and Anna as a nn for Annalise, Annabelle, Annabeth and Annika.

Personally, I prefer Anna to Annie. What is your mn? You could use "Anna ____" as your name. DH and I are considering Anna Clare.

Unfortunately my mn is my mom's maiden name and is German so I can't really use it as a lot of people can't even say it.

I like Anna Clare by the way.
