I love this name and prefer it on it's own, rather than as a nn. Millicent is the most obvious choice, but I have heard of people using Amelia and having Milly/Millie as the nn. I named my first car Millie and I would actually consider using this name in the future for a DD.

I prefer Millie as a nn for Amelia and Camille.

I love Milly, as a nn for Milena, Amelia, Camilla, Milla, Millicent, Mildred, Matilda and Ludmila.

My younger sister Milan goes by the nickname of Millie.

I think Milly/Millie makes a charming NN. I like it as a NN for Romilda and Amelia. Here's a list of other suggestions for a full name for Milly:
