Hindsight is a wonderful thing, is it not? That, folks, is why you carefully consider your child's name BEFORE you write it on the birth certificate. Poor little girl. As for you, I wouldn't feel bad. If you pronounce it the way it looks and say it wrong, it's not your fault. I know several little Ciaras. Some pronounce it correctly, and some have parents who seemed to have laboured under the belief that it is pronounced like Sierra. So when I see the name and call the child KEE-rah and get corrected, all I can say is that I pronounced it by the book. About Adaycia, the sound isn't bad, but it looks incredibly made-up and tryndee. Not to mention, the spelling confuses people. ;)
