I don't hate Emily. I wouldn't use it because of its popularity, but I still like it.
However, I don't think most Emilys are stuck-up. I prefer to go on a case-by-case basis with people. Most of the Emilys I've known have been rather sweet girls and women, and I don't think it's fair to stereotype them as stuck-up because you've run into a few that were. (That's funny... Weren't you saying something to that effect?)
Out of curiosity, is there one particular person on this board to whom this rant is directed, or just the board in general?
