I think it was used more in England (not sure if it still is or not)--the vulgar usage of "roger" that is (I always assumed it was "rodger" though I'm not sure why). I'm a big watcher of British movies and I've heard it used many times, but I can't remember if they were set in present or past times. :-/ Just hearing that a couple of times kind of ruined the name for me (not that I was a big fan in the first place, though).

Yeah, I've still heard 'roger' used here in England in the vulgar sense, although it was used more in the past than it is now. Still puts me off the name though :/ (not that I liked it much anyway either!)
