Unfortunately, I'm afraid it's a little... extreme?
Apple and Blue would work fine as middle names, I love them! Livia could work as a first name. Maybe Zoe instead of Zowie? I think it could work then!

I'm not really fond of the spelling Zoe. It just looks a little plain to me and kind of short next to Livia.
What about Livia Apple and Zoie Blue instead? Would that be cute? Or is it too weird?
Or what do you think of Zoiea (I think it would be pronounced as Zoe)? I know it's weird. I was trying to come up with different spellings for Zoe and I thought this looked nice next to Livia: Livia and Zoiea? I guess it might be hard for people to figure out how to pronounce it. I don't know if I like it, just trying to find something different than Zoe and Zoey.

Nope, only Zoe. Zoey if you must, but all the others look illiterate, imo.
