Ben: This works okay as a fn.
Chris: needs to be short for something.
Cole: Never seen it used as a nn, always a full name.
Ash: Doesn't make a good name at all.
Mick: Never. In the US, it's an old, but still used, word for an Irishman.
Max: Never seen it as anything other than a full name.
Will: Works okay as a full name.
Alex: ditto
Kate: Passable
Tora/Tori: Borderline. Tori is kind of cutesy, cheerleadery to be a full name. Tora makes me think of Tora! Tora! Tora!
Mona: I don't know anybody with this name, but I've never heard of it being a nickname.
Brynn: Likewise
Eliza: Fine to use in full
Asia: IT's distinctive enough that it should stand on its own.
Allie: This needs a full name.
Milly: So does this
Mandy: Ditto
Amy: This is not a nn for anything.
Emma: Neither is this. They're both full names in their own right.
Lilly: Works fine on its own.
