Flora is an old old favorite of mine, one I've rediscovered as of late. What do you think of the name Flora? My favorite combo was Flora Margaret for a while, but I've heard there's a brand of margarine called Flora (although I've never actually seen it anywhere in my area), and Flora Margaret might be a little too close to "Flora Margarine" for those of you who do know of it. So what do you think of these Flora combos? Any Flora suggestions?

Flora is ok despite the margarine associations I have :) However I prefer Florinda.

I like all of your combos except Flora Vivian, because I like Vivian on a boy

I *love* Flora.

I like Flora Charlotte and Flora Josephine the best from your list of combos.

My favorite combos with it are: Flora Beatrice, Flora Beatrix, Flora Gwendolen, Flora June, Flora Mathilde, Flora Melisande, Flora Tamsin, Flora Tehani, Flora Xanthe.

I think it's a beautiful name and love the Flora Margaret combo (never heard of that butter either). Flora Josephine is a great combo (I've been toying with similar Josephine combos lately), and I like Flora Vivian & Flora Branwen. I think all of your middle names are really pretty, but Bridget seems wrong with it and Charlotte's a bit too popular for my taste.

I know the margarine well, but I also know several Floras and I don't think they have any trouble. Flora Margaret would be fine if you like it, and people don't see mns that often anyway. I like Flora Josephine and Flora Charlotte best though, they're lovely combos!

Flora Margaret is beautiful - but I do see what you mean about Flora Margarine - if she lived in my town, I'm sure the children at school would call her Flora Margarine.
Flora is sooooooooo pretty, its definitely worth sticking with.
Flora Branwen is lovely although I prefer Bronwen.

I thin Flora is beautiful! I like Flora Josephine the best and Flora Branwen or Flora Vivian the least. I've never heard of the margarine, but you're right, Margaret is a little too close I think. Flora Lane

I think it's sweet. Flora Josephine is my favorite because I like Josephine the best, but I think Flora Charlotte is lovely, too. The others are OK, but I'd avoid Flora Branwen because I see flowers and bran.

Yes, there is a brand of margarine called Flora, but that doesn't matter in my opinion. I absolutely love the name.

There was a nun when I was at school and she was Sr Flora, so I have lovely memories with this name. I think the combination Flora Josephine is absolutely gorgeous.

Flora June is nice too.
