I think Lilla is pretty. Not as common as Lily. Might actually use this one, one day!

Lilla is just really awkward and difficult to say, imo. I agree that Lily is very common, but I'd rather see it or Lillian or Lilia than Lilla, personally.

It looks nice, but it's a little hard for me to say for some reason. I wouldn't mind seeing it though.

It's pretty, but when I first saw it I misread it and thought it was an alternative spelling of the name Lilah.

Lilla is not a bad name... Where I come from it's the name of a colour, though (purple).
I once met a girl called Lilica, I think that's very pretty!
