I don't care much for either of these names. I'm not fond of any of the month, week, or season names. (with the exception of April, which isn't horrible.) I just don't understand why you would want your child named after a day of the week or a month in the year. I guess it would be okay, if you were honoring somebody that happened to be born in that month, but otherwise I don't like it at all.
I really don't like Tuesday that much, as I'm sure you can imagine by the paragraph above! Maybe if there was a good nickname that she could go by, it would be better.
My opinions with November are the same as Tuesday, except that I could like with the nn Nova. It makes the name so much better! Since I wouldn't go around calling a boy Nova, I guess this is more of a girls name to me.
If you really wanted to use one of these names, I would suggest it in the middle name spot.
