[Opinions] I have thoughts....
Tell them not to name the poor child Coco! I mean, it's a beverage! You wouldn't name your child Wine or Champagne!

Im trying my best to discourage them but considering their second opition is Boudicca, im not sure which is worse really :S, they already have a little girl with a 'normal' name....Lila, so why they are set on such a strange assortment of names, im not really sure!

Boudicca is much better. It's a name. Coco is not.

Agree, I'd be more proud to bear Boudicca (who has a great story) than Coco, which was a nn for a fashion designer, and a common name for a dog. Boudicca was one of the first strong women in history, and even though her name is unusual, I'd rather have it than Coco.

Sadly, that will not discourage some people. I have seen BAs posted on here using various spellings of Champagne and related beverages. There is also the name Brandy, which has been around for a long time.I would much rather see them use Coco if they were interested in the history of the designer Coco Chanel than because it is a celebrity baby name, but thats just me.:)Danielle
