[Opinions] Rhona
I found this name in a Scottish name book. Needless to say, it grew on me. WDT?

Love it, but I'm biased. My cousin is named Veronica, after our grandmother. She went by Rona for years, but then started to spell it Rhona to make it more Irish (she lives in Ireland).

I used to have a close friend named Rhona. I don't like the name much, but there is nothing wrong with it.

My mom's best friend's name is Rhona, so needless to say, it has great connotations for our family. As a name though, I really don't like it. It sounds to me like "groan" and that's never a good thing. Also dislike Rhoda, Rhonda, etc.Maybe it's the Rh- that I don't like...? Although... Rhiannon is nice... IDK. I guess it's just NMSAA.
