How are you pronouncing Caroline? I know some people prn. it with a -lyn at the end and some with a -line.
Eve Cora sounds a bit cut. Eve Cordelia or something along those lines would flow better imo. I love Evey, so adorable.
I second RoxStar's suggestions of Caroline Adelle and Caroline Estelle. I think Caroline Frances also sounds kind of nice and quaint.
I don't use a nickname for myself, and am not too fond of any of the nicknams that would naturally come from my name.
