I like both Reilly and Riley on boys and Riley and Rylie on girls. Personally, I'd probably only ever use it as a MN, simply b/c I prefer older-sounding names. Granted, Riley is an older surname, but again, I'm not gung-ho about using surnames as FN - although I'm game to use surnamey names in the MN slot! :o)
