Ack! I wrote a long reply to this, but thanks to Katrina (the hurricane) our computer had to be shut down before I finished. This reply will be short and sweet.I love Keren! It's my son's name (pronounced like Kiran, of course). My son's name is actually Keraden, but this is great short form. I love Hazel and Atticus (though this one is bitterweet for me).I had good sib names written out, but I'm in a hurry now so...maybe another time.-Seda*

Man at the store: Who's older?
Keren: Me.
Man: (to Essie) Why aren't you older?
Essie: Because I pushed him.

Keren-Happuch is one of those names that gets my attention everytime. It sticks in my mind. I wouldn't ever use it, but I find it extremely interesting, particularly the meaning (horn of eye-shadow.) Naming a child after an enormous jar of eye-shadow? Too funny. Karen is nice, but as a child of the 60's I tired of it. I might be refreshing to see a little Karen these days. I wouldn't go for the Keren spelling, though. Spelling headaches galore.Anouk Hazel is a fun combination. I assume you are looking for a boy's first name for Atticus. How about:Leo Atticus
Max Atticus
Per Atticus
Piers Atticus
Rex Atticus
Ivo Atticus
Adrian Atticus
Inigo Atticus (IN-i-go, or i-NEE-go)
Blaise Atticus

I like unusual names but I can't get behind this name. The name sounds un-finished and will probably be mispronounced.

In my opinion, it sounds too much like Karen to be a good boy's name.

I thought Keren was feminine? I do love Kieran though.

Keren-Happuch is feminine, too, though. It was one of Job's daughters. Will you use it for a boy or girl? Maybe I'm confused:)
