I like this name, but agree that you would need to be an actrative woman to carry this name. It might be nice as a middle name...?

I'm not a big fan of adjective names in general. Like Sarinvae said, though, the person would have to be rather attractive, or else it'd be like a cruel joke.
As well, the first thing I thought of was the lures in dog racing. A lure? Allure? This might have something to do with my friend getting her dog from a kennel called "Alluring Whippets", but still ;)

I find it sexy but for some reason I don't find it too sexual.
I actually like it quite a bit.
If it were to be used though that girl would have to be awefully beautiful to carry that name, unfortunaltly, it would just be a mean joke on someone unattractive.
